IMPORTANT NOTICE: Once payment is received, Kumaraguru Institutions will NOT provide refunds for any reasons. Refunds will be processed ONLY if the event is cancelled by Kumaraguru Institutions.
1. General Policy
This Cancellation/Refund Policy applies to all event registrations, virtual events, and services provided by Kumaraguru Institutions. By registering for any event, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. No Refund Scenarios
The following situations will NOT qualify for refunds:
- Personal circumstances preventing attendance
- Travel or accommodation issues
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Change of mind or personal preference
- No-show on the event day
- Technical issues on participant's end
- Internet connectivity problems
- Device compatibility issues
- Work or personal commitments
- Health issues (unless event is cancelled)
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will ONLY be processed in the following cases:
- Event cancellation by Kumaraguru Institutions
- Event postponement (participant chooses not to attend rescheduled date)
- Technical failure on our end preventing event delivery
- Duplicate payment processing
4. Refund Process
4.1 Automatic Refunds
- Refunds will be processed automatically for cancelled events
- Processing time: 7-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
4.2 Refund Request
- For eligible refunds, contact us within 30 days
- Provide registration details and reason for refund
- Include payment confirmation and transaction ID
5. Event Cancellation by Kumaraguru Institutions
In the event of cancellation by Kumaraguru Institutions:
- Participants will be notified via email and SMS
- Full refund will be processed automatically
- Alternative event dates may be offered
- No additional charges for rescheduled events
6. Event Postponement
If an event is postponed:
- Participants will be notified of new dates
- Registration automatically transfers to new date
- Refund available if new date is not suitable
- Refund request must be made within 7 days of notification
7. Payment Processing
- All payments are processed through secure gateways
- Payment confirmation is sent immediately
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment
- Payment disputes should be raised with payment provider
9. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Final Reminder: By registering for any event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation/Refund Policy. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
